Starting on February 28th I will run a 5 week Online Course in Sean Nós Dance learning the basics of this old Irish percussive dance.
The recording will be available after each class to watch in your own time if you cant make the live class.
You will also be sent videos of the individual steps to practice at home after each class.
Join us for this four week course where we'll learn the foundations of Sean Nós Dance, an old Irish percussive dance. We'll learn different steps each week as part of a complete routine while working on rhythm, musicality and posture when dancing. The goal is to have enough steps to join in to dance at an informal music session
